How nail polish protect your fingernails

The best way to keep polish from damaging your nails is to keep your nails extra clean and practice moderation in wearing it. When purchasing the nail lacquer it is important you also buy some nail polish remover.  You do not want the unsightly nail chips on your fingernails when  the polish starts to deteriorate or peel from your nails.  This can cause all types of damage.   Since it is a foreign substance and not relative to the natural nail it can cause splitting and cracking of the surface.

The advice then is pretty straightforward when it comes to lacquering your nails:  Do not apply too much; although, two coats are reasonable and make certain you keep your nails relatively clean.  It is important you remove the nail polish after wearing it as soon as is possible.  There are, however, certain brands of polish that are designed to actually strengthen the nails.  Between wearing the commercial applications, you may decide wearing the strengthening treatments well worth the investment.  These types of applications have particular ingredients included in them which will actually do your nails “a favor.”  In example, special protein formulations can enhance the growth of the nail and its overall health.  This is optimistic since the last thing you want to see are your nails splitting and cracking.

False nails are an option; however, some persons find them to be in the way; especially if the individual wearing them cannot get use to the additional length with respect to their nail.  False nails though are easy enough to apply and remove if  you decide you do not like the looks of them or if you are seeking an easy way to get around wearing polish.

Polish applied too often can cause nail ruination simply because of its weight or the consistency of it; and the fact it is designed to enhance the overall appearance of the nails:  not strengthen the nail.  In summation, unless the polish is specific to increasing nail health, it is best you use it minimally, removing it within a few days of application.  Do not conclude you need not ever polish your nails though:  just as with everything in life, it is best probably to stay with a moderate application/approach when you wish to wear polish. http://www.ultraimports.com.au/
